Abstract
This study examines the issues of assessing financial stability and managing risks in service enterprises under the conditions of globalization and digital economic transformation. The research is based on financial reporting data of service enterprises and applies coefficient analysis, comparative analysis, dynamic analysis, statistical methods, and economic-mathematical modeling. Particular attention is paid to the use of Shewhart control charts (X̄-R and X̄-s) for monitoring the stability of financial indicators and identifying deviations caused by non-random factors. Practical recommendations are proposed to improve financial stability management and ensure sustainable development of service organizations.
