Abstract
The article analyzes the key aspects of forming a healthy lifestyle (HLS) in modern society under conditions of widespread digitalization and physical inactivity. The relationship between the level of motor activity and the overall health status of the population is examined, with special emphasis on young people. The study identifies the main obstacles that hinder the effective implementation of healthy lifestyle values in everyday life, including insufficient motivation, information overload, and organizational barriers. Based on a systematic approach, practical solutions are proposed, such as promoting accessible forms of physical activity, integrating mobile health technologies, and personalizing physical activity regimes.
