Improving The Mechanism for Public Procurement in Corporate Entities

This article examines the theoretical, institutional, and practical aspects of improving the mechanism for public procurement in corporate entities with state participation. It analyses regulatory and legal reforms implemented in the public procurement system of Uzbekistan, including the introduction of new procurement procedures, the development of cooperation between corporate customers and domestic producers, the integration of electronic systems with government information resources, the use of artificial intelligence to determine average market prices, automated risk analysis, and digital mechanisms for assessing procurement efficiency. The author develops scientific and practical proposals for introducing a digital matrix for selecting procurement methods, a corporate procurement risk profile, category-based procurement, a supplier rating system, and a Corporate Procurement Efficiency Index.
