Abstract
This article examines the procedural mechanisms for implementing alternative dispute resolution methods in disputes arising from construction contracts. It focuses on the theoretical foundations and advantages of mediation and arbitration, along with comparative analysis of international practices and current applications in Uzbekistan. The paper highlights the need for efficient, fair, and cost-effective resolution of complex, multi-party conflicts in the construction sector. It also presents recommendations for improving the legal framework, enhancing mediator training, and developing institutional infrastructure
