Abstrak
This study examined three dimensions of human resource practices within the organization that recruitment, training, and payment, and its impact on the innovation behaviour of employees. A total of 127 employees from four construction companies have participated in this study. This study result shows a significant and positive impact of these three practices on the employees’ innovation behavior and this research will be adopting a quantitative method to the study; this is because the main method for gathering data in this research is through an adopted questionnaire. This would automatically categorize it as a quantitative method. Final this study focuses on the construction projects that operate in Cyberjaya, Malaysia.
