Abstrak
Objective: This study aims to examine the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in enhancing organizational performance across key sectors, including healthcare, finance, supply chain management, and organizational development, with an emphasis on data-driven efficiency, decision-making, and sustainability. Method: The study adopts a conceptual and integrative literature-based approach, synthesizing recent scholarly research and industry practices to analyze how AI-driven analytics and intelligent systems are applied across sectors, as well as the challenges associated with their implementation. Results: The analysis indicates that AI significantly improves diagnostic accuracy and personalized care in healthcare, strengthens risk management, fraud detection, and regulatory compliance in finance, and enhances operational efficiency, customer engagement, and resource optimization across organizations. Despite these benefits, critical challenges remain, including data privacy concerns, algorithmic bias, system integration complexity, workforce readiness, and regulatory compliance, which may constrain effective adoption. Novelty: This study offers a cross-sectoral perspective on AI-driven analytics by linking technological innovation with ethical responsibility and sustainability, highlighting how thoughtful and responsible AI implementation can create resilient, equitable, and intelligent systems that deliver long-term value for organizations and society.
