Organization of Production and Management of New Enterprises

This dissertation developed the improvement of the organization of production and the management of new enterprises in the system of JV LLC "TMZ"; the basic concepts and principles of building the organization and management of new enterprises are revealed; the management mechanisms and features of the organization of the production process of JV LLC "TMP" were analyzed; practical proposals have been developed to optimize and improve the management system of JV OOO TMP.
