Abstract
In the following article the researches on the issues of inheritance in Islam and their peculiarities are analyzed based on the source study produced within the scope of rare manuscripts. The issue of inheritance in Islamic law is a very complex one, but at the same time it is a legal issue that has been dealt with more skillfully in accordance with the legal system than some of the abstract and complex rules that have been introduced
