Abstract
this article reflects the laws adopted to strengthen the role of women in society, their comprehensive support in the Republic of Uzbekistan during the years of independence. The primary activities of the "Women's Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan", as well as the measures taken to protect the rights of women and the formation of their legal culture are highlighted.
