Abstract

In the article, the role of factors in the formation of the ethical and aesthetic culture of management personnel, the changes taking place in the social foundations of society in the current conditions of strengthening market relations, information attacks that are foreign to our national values, evil and base intentions, malicious goals are hidden due to the fact that the flow of information is both accelerating and expanding in the process of globalization. the issues of rapid development of counter information field, expansion of its scope and capabilities, effective implementation in various areas of state and community life are analyzed.
