Features of the Application of Management Methods in Combat Units of Higher Paramilitary Educational Institutions

The article examines the effectiveness of the practical application of new management methods in the combat units of higher paramilitary educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan by improving the level of work and management. In the analyzed management process, the managerial aspects of the training of potentially qualified personnel provided for in the course of official activity and training, as well as in bringing the indicators of order-discipline to modern requirements are investigated.
