Abstract
The article deals with the issues of regulation of the insolvency of an individual, signs of insolvency. The features of initiating and considering a case on recognizing an individual as insolvent are analyzed. It is concluded that an application for the invalidity of transactions made by the spouse of the debtor - an individual in relation to the common property of the spouses, in the case of insolvency of an individual is filed on the grounds provided for by family law.
