Abstrak

The article describes the concept of human trafficking and its main forms: forced labor, trafficking in women and children, the essence of child labor. The problems related to human trafficking and the theoretical and legal basis of combating human trafficking are covered. Also, the measures adopted and implemented within the framework of the Development Strategy of New Uzbekistan, issues related to the system of state bodies that carry out activities to fight against human trafficking are included.
