Abstrak

The article, based on an analysis of national legislation and a study of the opinions of scientists, examines the relationship between official inspection and proceedings in cases of administrative offenses, in particular the initiation of a case for an official inspection and cases of an administrative offense and administrative investigation. Particular importance is attached to the content of such categories as internal audit and administrative proceedings.
