Abstrak

The purpose of the research is to determine how well ATM Recruitment Consultancy's hiring and selection procedures work. Making recommendations for cutting-edge tools and strategies to find qualified applicants for open positions. In order to make the recruitment process more efficient and successful, the study's findings might guide the recruitment team to revise their rules and procedures. Such a study seeks to inform ATM Recruitment Consultancy while also adding theoretical dimensions to the project. To help ATM Recruitment Consultancy put the study's suggestions into action, the study's methodology, investigational findings, conclusion, and recommendations are all designed to be as thorough and accurate as possible. The secondary objectives include finding out how employers feel about different recruitment sources, how effective the interview and interviewer were, how effective the final discussion and HR process were, how employees felt about the quality of the medical tests they took, how well the technical interviews went, and how satisfied they were with the different aspects of their compensation. The research focused on the convenience sampling method. One hundred and ten workers were polled using multiple-choice questions. Multiple statistical tests, including Karl Pearson's Correlation, a chi-square test, and a one-way analysis of variance, were used to examine the obtained data. This study added a lot of new information to the existing body of knowledge and offered some recommendations on how ATM Recruitment Consultancy may enhance its selection and recruitment procedures.
