Abstrak
Millions of individuals around the world face gender -based violence, a social challenge that has increased interest in it in recent years, and many organizations and individuals seek to deal with it. The issue of accusations against actor Johnny Depp was former of his former partner Amber Hurd ,one of the most prominent examples that acquired a wide media attention and sparked a large debate and controversy between the public and the media.The analysis focuses on the way this issue was taken by the media through the language and narratives used in public coverage. It is also studying how the social norms associated with gender roles and strengths are formed and enhanced by these media representations.It is also aims to study the methods in which gender -based violence is depicted and discussed in the media. By obtaining this understanding, it becomes possible to support efforts to enhance gender equality and effectively address this issue. In the end, the study seeks to shed light on a sensitive and complex topic, and to provide a clearer understanding of the way society looks at this problem and deals with it.
