Analytical Assessment of Selecting an Innovative Development Strategy for Industrial Enterprises

This article analytically examines the process of selecting an innovative development strategy in industrial enterprises. In the context of a market economy, innovative approaches play a crucial role in ensuring enterprise stability, enhancing competitiveness, and improving efficiency. The study highlights the types of innovation strategies, their advantages and limitations, as well as the methodology for identifying the most suitable directions for industrial enterprises. Through a literature review, the conceptual approaches of foreign and local scholars are analyzed. In addition, the innovative activities of industrial enterprises are evaluated on the basis of economic indicators, with practical data presented in two tables. The findings reveal the key factors and analytical approaches that should be considered when choosing an innovative development strategy for industrial enterprises, and practical recommendations are developed accordingly. This article can serve as a practical guideline in the decision-making process of industrial enterprise management.
