This article provides a comprehensive analysis of innovative approaches to poverty reduction in the region. In recent years, poverty alleviation has become one of the priority directions of state policy. Accordingly, targeted social assistance systems have been expanded, neighborhood-based mechanisms have been introduced, and initiatives such as the “Iron Notebook,” the “Women’s Notebook,” and the “Youth Notebook” have been widely implemented. These mechanisms allow for the identification of the most vulnerable groups of the population, while their integration with digital platforms enables efficient monitoring and rapid response. The article also examines the role of public-private partnership projects, social innovations, and “driver” initiatives at the neighborhood level in addressing poverty. The findings demonstrate that innovative approaches are crucial not only for improving economic efficiency but also for promoting social justice and achieving the Sustainable Development Goals. The conclusions presented can be applied to enhance regional socio-economic policies and to design new mechanisms for poverty reduction.
