Abstract
This article examines the role of modern digital technologies used in customs management processes, including automated information systems (AIS), digital platforms, data processing software and integrated digital management tools. The study analyzes how digital technologies contribute to optimizing customs control procedures, accelerating customs clearance processes and improving the efficiency of information exchange between relevant institutions. Particular attention is given to the potential of digitalization to enhance transparency in customs administration, reduce the influence of human factors and improve the overall efficiency of public management. The findings of the study provide a basis for further improvement of digital transformation in customs authorities and modernization of customs management systems.
