Abstract
Currently, the level of digitalization of enterprises and organizations in our country varies greatly depending on their scale, industry characteristics, form of ownership, etc. It should be noted that one of the main reasons for the insufficiently rapid implementation of digital transformation processes or their unsuccessful implementation is the lack of management experience in digitalization conditions, as well as the incomplete development of mechanisms for implementing such management. This article examines the directions for developing a mechanism for selecting an innovative management strategy in the digitalization process.
