Abstract

This research aims to maximize company's competitiveness through correct formulation and precise implementation of emotional and motivational marketing strategies. It also aims to identify which strategy has a greater impact on the company's competitiveness. Research utilized a questionnaire distributed to 165 company employees using a random sampling method, and the results were then analyzed. It concluded that motivational marketing strategies are more important for industrial companies and play a greater role than emotional marketing strategies. Therefore, companies should focus on motivational marketing to ensure they enhance their competitive effectiveness in the markets.
