PROBLEMS BETWEEN HIGHER EDUCATION AND PRODUCTION, COMPETITIVENESS AND LACK OF QUALIFIED PERSONNEL

Nowadays the most important precondition of competitiveness of higher education is the development of a competent individual. This places new and much higher demands for the development and education of human capital ñ implementing the development of competence-based education. Consequently, the implementation of competence-based education represents a new perspective on the formation of educational content, which presently includes the development of the eigth key competences, determined by the European Commission.
