Abstract
This article presents and analyzes the scientific views of linguists and methodologists based on modern approaches to a clear, scientific, and theoretical definition of the content of native language instruction, its importance, the integrated teaching of academic topics, the development of students' speech during native language instruction, the cultivation of oral and written speech, the use of information, independent expression of one's thoughts, and the acquisition of speech skills.
