Abstract

This article investigates the impact of women's legal culture on the stability of family and marital relations. It argues that legal literacy among women enhances their ability to exercise rights, promote justice within the household, and prevent domestic conflicts. The study outlines how knowledge of family law, awareness of legal protections, and access to legal resources contribute to more balanced and respectful marital partnerships. It also discusses challenges such as social stigma, limited legal access, and traditional gender roles that hinder women's legal empowerment. Strengthening women's legal culture is presented as a key strategy for achieving both gender equality and long-term family harmony.
