Abstract

Heavy metal ions in the soil are difficult for plants to absorb due to the damage they cause to soil composition and their impact on humus and nutrients, putting the soil under stress. Releasing it from this state of stress, i.e., removing metal ions using the phytoremediation method, leads to soil regeneration.
