Abstract

Endometriosis, a chronic condition characterized by the presence of
endometrial-like tissue outside the uterus, affects approximately 10% of women of reproductive
age. While endometriosis is commonly associated with infertility, it also poses significant risks
during pregnancy, including miscarriage, preterm birth, and placental complications. This
article explores the impact of endometriosis on pregnancy, the challenges in diagnosing
pregnancy-related complications in women with endometriosis, and the current treatment
strategies. Early diagnosis, multidisciplinary care, and tailored treatment plans are essential to
improving outcomes for both mothers and infants
