Abstract
In this article, trends in the development of legal consciousness and legal culture in New Uzbekistan and their significance today are highlighted. It provides information that the high level of development of legal consciousness and legal culture is an important tool in the development of the new Uzbekistan, and therefore legal consciousness and legal culture are one of the main criteria for the development of society.
