Abstract
Relevance. Anal canal stenosis is one of the most complex and painful issues in proctology, often resulting from surgical interventions, inflammation, trauma, or inflammatory diseases of the rectum. This condition significantly reduces the patient's quality of life, causing pain, defecation disorders, and frequent exacerbations. Despite advancements in surgery, effective and long-lasting treatment methods remain a subject of discussion. Research into surgical methods for treating anal canal stenosis is necessary to improve current approaches and enhance patient quality of life.
