Abstract

In an era of digitalization, the educational landscape is undergoing rapid transformation, compelling educators and learners to adapt to new technological tools and methods. This paper addresses the development of research skills among future English teachers in the context of digitalization. Emphasizing the integration of digital tools, online resources, and the collaborative potential of virtual learning environments, the paper explores how these developments impact pedagogical methods and foster research competence. It also identifies challenges and provides strategic recommendations for teacher training programs to enhance research skills in a digitalized environment.
