Abstract
Women are the primary victims of armed conflicts and as such, efforts have to be made to protect their rights. Since the outbreak of the armed conflict in the Anglophone regions of Cameroon in 2017, women have suffered all sorts of violations and no meaningful efforts have been undertaken to protect their rights. This paper therefore examines the violations of the rights of women and the measures undertaken to protect these rights in the armed conflict in the Anglophone regions of Cameroon.
