Abstract
The article focuses on the recent development of digital assets, their impact on financial systems, and the growth of cryptocurrency crime. The main types of crimes related to digital assets are analyzed, including drug trafficking, money laundering, and cryptocurrency theft. Additionally, the article examines proposed measures to ensure the legal status and security of digital assets, including incorporating digital assets into civil rights objects, identifying participants, establishing procedures for converting crypto assets, and international cooperation in crime prevention. The article argues for the necessity of legal regulation in preventing cryptocurrency crime and innovatively developing the economy.
