Abstract
The Enhanced Partnership and Cooperation Agreement (EPCA) has ushered in a new era in Uzbekistan's economic development. This agreement serves to further strengthen relations between the country and the European Union, expand economic ties, as well as deepen cooperation in social and political spheres. EPCA is an important turning point in Uzbekistan's economic policy, which has brought the country's domestic and foreign economic activities to a new level. The essence of the agreement is that it is aimed at stimulating economic growth through the development of bilateral trade and investment relations, technological exchange and knowledge sharing.
