Abstract
This article examines modern pedagogical approaches to improving technical training in sports gymnastics. The study analyzes the theoretical and methodological foundations of gymnastics education, as well as the role of individualized instruction, psychological preparation, coordination development, and innovative educational technologies in the training process. The research is based on theoretical, comparative, pedagogical, and analytical methods. Particular attention is devoted to interactive coaching methods, pedagogical monitoring, movement correction systems, and the integration of physical and psychological preparation in gymnastics training. The findings demonstrate that modern pedagogical approaches contribute significantly to improving technical mastery, movement accuracy, coordination stability, and learning effectiveness among gymnasts. The study concludes that the integration of individualized educational support, innovative training technologies, and systematic pedagogical organization increases the effectiveness of technical preparation in sports gymnastics.
