Abstract

This article examines the integrative pedagogical potential of national games in shaping physical culture among middle aged women within the community environment. The study is grounded in the increasing global emphasis on community based health promotion, gender oriented physical education models and culturally responsive pedagogical practices. National games serve not only as recreational activities but also as multifunctional pedagogical tools that combine physical, cognitive, social and emotional development. The integrative value of national games for middle aged women lies in their accessibility, cultural resonance, low entry barrier and holistic impact on mobility, coordination, endurance and functional independence.
