Abstract
The modern system of training pedagogical personnel requires the formation of a high pedagogical culture of future physical education teachers capable of professional self-development and innovative activity. The purpose of the research is to develop recommendations for improving the system of developing pedagogical culture based on the acmeological approach. The work used methods of comparative and analytical review, questionnaires, observation, pedagogical experiment, and statistical data processing. The theoretical foundations of forming pedagogical culture have been substantiated, a map of professional competencies has been developed, and didactic mechanisms for the phased implementation of acmeologically oriented learning strategies have been improved. The structural-functional model of preparation, ensuring the variability of the educational process and the development of independent learning activities, has been optimized. Implementation of the proposed system contributed to improving the level of pedagogical culture of future physical education teachers.
