Abstract

This article theoretically analyzes the importance of ensuring the quality of raw materials and increasing their high efficiency in the cotton production process. One of the factors affecting the quality of cotton is, of course, the quality of equipment and processes. In particular, the role of the separator vacuum valve in the operation process is one of the main factors determining the quality of cotton raw materials. However, tribological phenomena, namely friction, wear and lubrication problems, may occur during the operation of the separator. These tribological phenomena can degrade the quality of cotton raw materials and reduce the efficiency of the production process. Therefore, methods for analyzing these phenomena and eliminating them are important in maintaining cotton quality.
