Abstract
The independence of sentences from the flow of speech is relative. Thus, the term syntactic whole is used to mean a larger part of speech than a sentence, and this whole includes several sentences that are considered independent in terms of structure and meaning. The article describes the problems of complex syntactic wholes and stylistics at the text level.
