Language-Related Witness Rights in Criminal Proceedings

This article analyzes issues related to the language rights of witnesses in criminal proceedings. Most importantly, in the criminal case, the issues of the witness's rights related to language, the constitutional rights of this person, are emphasized. In this article, along with national and foreign legislation, the opinions of scientists are also analyzed.
