Abstract

This article examines the role and impact of small business and entrepreneurship in ensuring food security. It analyzes the contribution of small enterprises in agricultural production, food processing, and distribution, as well as their importance in providing local markets with safe and high-quality food products. The paper also explores state support measures, the introduction of innovative technologies, and strategies to improve competitiveness as key factors in strengthening food security. The findings demonstrate that the development of small business and entrepreneurship is a significant driver for enhancing the stability and sustainability of the food supply chain.
