Abstract
This article considers the current issues of constitutional law related to the development of mechanisms for the protection of private property rights, as well as the possibilities of constitutional regulation of this institution. In order to study these mechanisms in detail, it is necessary to clarify the basic concepts, first of all, what is meant by the protection of human rights. When analyzing constitutional methods for ensuring the protection of human and civil rights (including in the field of private property), it is important to take into account their operation in certain political, economic and social conditions. The article also proposes specific measures to improve the current situation and increase the effectiveness of mechanisms for the protection of private property.
