Abstract

As an important cultural phenomenon, literature has a significant impact on the formation of a person's personality, thinking, and value system. The article examines the role of fiction in developing the legal thinking of future lawyers. The main focus is on pedagogical approaches that contribute to the development of analytical and critical skills, as well as the ability to understand and interpret legal norms through literary analysis.
