The Importance of Rhetoric in The Speech of Pedagogical Staff

The importance of rhetoric and professional speech of pedagogical staff this article investigates theoretically and practically. The analysis of the role of teacher speech in educational activity, the peculiarities of pedagogical discourse and the structure of rhetorical competence is given. The study shows how rhetorical competence is one of the major enhancers of teachinglearning efficacy and an important part of building students' cognitive performance and motivation.
