Abstract
Work efficiency has become an increasingly important topic in management research due to its strong influence on organizational effectiveness. In modern organizational environments characterized by rapid technological change and increasing competition, institutions must ensure that their human resources are used effectively. This article examines the theoretical foundations of work efficiency and explores its role in improving organizational effectiveness. Particular attention is given to the factors that influence employee efficiency, including competence, motivation, working conditions, leadership, and organizational culture. The study also discusses strategies that organizations can adopt in order to strengthen employee productivity and improve institutional performance.
