Abstract

This article examines the problems of formation anddevelopment of professional culture among employees of theinternal affairs bodies of Uzbekistan, who are directly involved inongoing social reforms, which primarily serve the “interests of thepeople" and ensure the stability of society and the state. As a resultof the conducted socio-philosophical analysis and based on theconclusions of scientific and theoretical studies of the professionalculture of employees of the internal affairs bodies of Uzbekistan,some proposals and recommendations on this topic weredeveloped.
