Abstract
This article explores exploitative abuses of dominance andtheir principal forms in goods and financial markets. Building onnational and comparative legal frameworks, scholarly debates, andjudicial practice, it examines the notions of “excessive pricing” and“unfair trading conditions,” providing a conceptual and analyticalbasis for their assessment. Particular attention is given tomethodological approaches for identifying such abuses, withrecommendations aimed at clarifying applicable criteria. Thediscussion is complemented by references to practical caseexamples, thereby linking theoretical insights with enforcementpractice.
