Abstract
In the context of increasing competition and rapid development of the hospitality industry, talent retention has become a strategic priority for international hotel brands. This article examines innovative methods of employee retention implemented by leading global hospitality companies. Particular attention is paid to the digitalization of HR processes, employee training and development programs, flexible employment models, corporate culture, and non-financial motivation systems. Based on the analysis of international experience, the most effective practices that enhance employee engagement, loyalty, and productivity are identified. The findings of the study can be used to improve HR policies in hospitality enterprises and to build sustainable competitive advantages.
