Abstract

The rapid development of healthcare systems and medical technologies requires highly qualified medical educators with advanced professional competencies. The quality of medical education directly influences the effectiveness of healthcare services and patient safety. This article discusses the current issues in developing the professional competence of pedagogical staff in the medical field.
