Abstract

This article analyzes the management competencies of educational institution leaders and their impact on organizational effectiveness. The study examines the main components of leadership competencies, including strategic planning, communication skills, innovative approach, emotional intelligence, and decision-making processes. It also theoretically analyzes how these competencies influence teachers’ performance, student satisfaction, and overall organizational effectiveness in educational institutions. The results show that leaders with a high level of management competencies play a crucial role in improving institutional effectiveness. The findings justify the necessity of training leaders and developing their managerial skills in the education system.
