Abstract
Diagnosis of various hereditary diseases based on the identification of sex chromatin. For an accurate diagnosis, a laboratory test for sex chromatin detection is carried out. When diagnosing hereditary diseases that occur with a change in the number of sex chromosomes, the determination of sex chromatin is the most convenient and quick to perform method.
