Abstract

This scientific article examines effective methods for developing creativity and independent thinking among teachers in modern educational systems. In the context of rapid technological, social, and pedagogical changes, teachers are required not only to transmit knowledge but also to think creatively, make independent decisions, and solve professional problems innovatively. The article analyzes theoretical foundations of creativity and independent thinking, modern pedagogical approaches, and practical methods that support teachers’ professional development. Special attention is given to reflective practice, problem-based learning, collaborative professional environments, and institutional support as key factors in fostering creativity and independent thinking among educators.
